We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the execution of graphic and digital design projects, ensuring our digital platforms are both visually appealing and user-friendly.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the user experience.
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
  • Collaborate with product management to understand requirements and ensure designs align with user needs and business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, providing creative solutions to improve user interaction.

Requirements

  • Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
  • Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
  • Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • A degree from a reputable institution is encouraged; however, we value passion, intelligence, and a strong work ethic above all.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
