We are looking for a skilled SEO Specialist to join our team and implement effective strategies that boost our online presence. You will work on keyword research, on-page and off-page optimisation, technical SEO, and content strategy to maximise search engine performance.

What you will do

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth.
  • Optimise website content, meta tags, headers, and images for on-page SEO.
  • Develop and implement off-page SEO strategies, including link-building and outreach campaigns.
  • Perform technical SEO audits, identifying and resolving crawlability, indexing, and site performance issues.
  • Monitor and analyse website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
  • Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-friendly content that aligns with search intent.
  • Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices.
  • Track rankings, traffic, and user engagement to refine SEO strategies and improve ROI.
  • Work with developers to enhance website speed, mobile-friendliness, and structured data implementation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
  • Experience with content strategy and optimising content for search engines.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and measure SEO success.
  • Ability to conduct competitor analysis and market research.
  • Familiarity with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation.
  • A degree from a reputable institution is encouraged, but we value expertise, passion, and problem-solving skills above all.
