UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the execution of graphic and digital design projects, ensuring our digital platforms are both visually appealing and user-friendly.

What you will do

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the user experience.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Collaborate with product management to understand requirements and ensure designs align with user needs and business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, providing creative solutions to improve user interaction.

Requirements

Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
A degree from a reputable institution is encouraged; however, we value passion, intelligence, and a strong work ethic above all.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
